Had a couple of recent dealings with them. First time I went in the shop to get them to come round for a quote. Left my details but never heard from them again. Months later decided to give them a 2nd chance for a different job. This time someone actually turned up and took measurements but never sent in a quote or bothered to follow up so I won't be troubling them again.
