Staff were extremely unorganised. We ordered a piece of quiche and some soup and were left waiting at our table for an hour. At this point I approached the manager. She asked the chef if the food was coming, his reply was "I'm not ready for them". The manager refunded us for our food and we left feeling hungry and dissatisfied. Later that evening we noted that we were served an appetiser, two starters and two mains in the same time that the staff in this cafe were unable to warm up a piece of quiche and ladle some soup.
