  Poor Staff Morale I shop in Waitrose weekly and today I had a very somber experience, every aisle I entered I encountered staff complaining with each other about their working conditions, management decisions, management all with different communication which appeared to confuse the focus of the team on the shop floor, this was not a pleasant experience as the customer became not the point of focus to which I have never experienced in Waitrose as usually top of their game with every customer. However I did have an unusual request for Rose petals and lavender and a manager on the aisle at this point was exceptional and found the petals and lavender for me and took the time to question what I was using the lavender and rose petals for and I was happy to tell her I needed for our new Gin range. So for this manager I give her 5 out of 5 but please sort the moral of team Waitrose Lymington.
